Strategic Support for Schools and Municipal Leaders

School district grant writing including DESE,
State, and Federal Initiatives 

    • Support curriculum initiatives.
    • Expansion of current programs. 
    • Identifying and applying for award programs.  
    • Development and integration of grant funded wrap around services.  

Working with school administration to: 

    • Create professional development plans for staff/educators as well as creating specific educator plans and developing smart goals for educator growth. 
    • Create school-wide professional development calendars (district/grant funded).  
    • Create, support and review school-wide schedules (program dependent) to integrate PLCs, grade-specific intervention teams and individualized student scheduling needs. 
    • Digest and develop school wide benchmark to meet district goals. 
    • Create leadership team professional development plan.  
    • Developing curriculum maps, experiential lesson plans and curriculum assessments as needed.  

Services Related to Instructional Background

  • Training members of Town government including but not limited to: HR management, middle management, municipal leaders, chiefs, directors, supervisors – in universally designed instruction, how deliver a training using neurodiversity methods, using measurable goals, using universally designed materials, instructing municipal leaders how to create an environment where all employees can easily and effectively learn in ways that work best for them.

  • Integration of community initiatives to ensure streamlined educational components for increased constituent access and understanding.
  • Federal grant level writing for Fire Departments.
