We are excited to announce that Christine Townsend, an internationally recognized strategic communications expert, author, and trainer, has joined the firm as Senior Project Manager, where she will support clients in strategic communications, crisis management, and public sector engagement.
Townsend brings more than 30 years of experience across journalism, policing, and government communications, advising organizations and leaders on crisis response, media strategy, community engagement, and building institutional trust. She is widely recognized for her work helping public institutions strengthen relationships with the communities they serve.

Townsend is the founder and editor-in-chief of PIO Toolkit, a leading global platform providing training, resources, and professional development for public information officers and government communicators. Through her work, she has trained and advised communicators across law enforcement, public safety, and government agencies worldwide.
She also serves as a Fellow with The Policing Project at New York University School of Law, where she supports the national 30×30 Initiative, which seeks to advance women in policing through policy, leadership, and cultural change.
Earlier in her career, Townsend served as Director of Communications for the City of London Police, the United Kingdom’s lead force for economic crime, where she managed communications for high-profile international investigations and major national events.
