Liz Kalaijian is an experienced media and public relations expert with a strong background in managing communications for both public and private sectors, including media, public safety agencies, schools, and government entities. 

Before joining Capital Strategic Solutions, Liz served as a public relations associate at John Guilfoil Public Relations, where she managed crisis communications for more than 125 police, fire, municipal, and school clients. 

Prior to her role in public relations, she worked as an assignment editor at WBZ-TV CBS News Boston and WFXT-TV Boston 25 News, cultivating key contacts, dispatching news teams and leading daily news story coordination, which helped her sharpen and strengthen her role as a professional communications socialist in the news sector.
