According to a recent news item from the Massachusetts Municipal Association (MMA), the initial step in the annual Community Development Block Grant round is the issuance of proposed changes to the One-Year Plan.
The proposed changes memo has been posted on the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities CDBG website at Community Development Block Grant.
