Who We Are

Capital Strategic Solutions is a woman-owned multidisciplinary consulting and operational support firm built on a simple idea: organizations shouldn’t have to choose between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. We provide both.

Our team has decades of combined, cross-sector experience – spanning finance, operations, communications, human resources, infrastructure, and emergency management. That range lets us see the full picture of an organization’s challenges and design solutions that actually work in practice, not just on paper.
