Capital Strategic Solutions Welcomes Momina Haidri as Project Manager
Capital Strategic Solutions (CSS) is excited to announce that Momina Haidri has joined the team as Project Manager. Momina brings a deep background in public service, government relations, and community engagement - exactly the kind of experience that fuels CSS's mission of helping municipalities and public agencies turn challenges into opportunities.
Momina's path to CSS has been built on years of hands-on work at the intersection of government, community, and communications. Most recently, she served as District Liaison in the Office of Senate President Karen E. Spilka, where she managed constituent relationships, coordinated press interactions, and helped shape legislative priorities for the district. Her work there included leading the Senate President's Youth Advisory Council and organizing large-scale community events, such as recruiting more than 70 organizations for a 55+ Health and Wellness Fair that drew over 250 attendees.
Before her time in the Senate President's office, Momina cut her teeth on the campaign trail, serving as a Field Organizer for the Kim Janey Mayoral Campaign, where she led day-to-day field operations and managed a team of more than 30 volunteers. Her campaign experience runs deep, with additional roles supporting the Joe Kennedy Senatorial Campaign, the Joe Biden Presidential Campaign, and the Elizabeth Warren Senatorial Campaign - work that sharpened her skills in volunteer coordination, event logistics, and voter outreach strategy.
Momina also spent time inside government offices directly, including internships with U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren and State Representative Carolyn Dykema, where she supported policy research, drafted legislative summaries, and attended public events.
Momina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Merrimack College and completed a Paralegal Certification Program at Boston University. She was also selected for the MetroWest Leadership Academy's Class of 2025, a program focused on regional policy and community engagement.
