Under the agreement, CSS will provide a comprehensive suite of communications services aimed at improving public outreach, crisis response and media relations. The firm will support the Town’s Communications Officer, Christina Metcalf and collaborate with the Town Administrator’s office to ensure timely, accurate and consistent messaging across all platforms. To further bolster internal capacity, CSS will also provide a series of targeted trainings to the Town of Brookline, equipping staff with the tools, strategies and best practices necessary to enhance communication effectiveness and operational coordination.
