Patti’s career includes numerous leadership roles within the Framingham Police Department, where she served as a commander and oversaw critical functions related to professional standards, personnel management, officer development, and departmental operations. Her experience managing complex organizational initiatives provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges facing modern public safety agencies and the strategies needed to effectively address them.
Among her many accomplishments, Patti led efforts to modernize evidence management practices and served as a department spokesperson, helping strengthen communication and transparency between law enforcement and the community. She also played an integral role in hiring processes, internal investigations, and policy implementation, ensuring departments maintained high professional and ethical standards while effectively serving residents.
