Trish brings more than a decade of public service leadership experience to CSS, with a strong background in municipal operations, strategic planning, policy coordination, community engagement, and program development. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a passion for making local government more accessible, transparent, and responsive to the needs of residents.
Prior to joining CSS, Trish served as Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Marlborough, Massachusetts, where she played a key role in advancing municipal initiatives, coordinating policy efforts, and strengthening connections between City Hall and the community. Her leadership helped support a wide range of projects focused on improving public engagement, organizational effectiveness, and resident services.
Among her notable accomplishments, Trish successfully led the development of the Marlborough Public Service Internship Program and the Municipal Government Academy, innovative initiatives designed to educate residents about local government operations, encourage civic participation, and inspire future generations of public servants. Through these programs, she helped foster greater transparency while creating meaningful opportunities for community involvement and youth engagement.
