The state of Massachusetts Community One Stop for Growth Grant Program for FY25 is accepting Statement of Interest applications through Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
Twelve programs are administered through the Community One Stop for Growth Grant with a single application portal, providing access to funding offered by the Executive Office of Economic Development, Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities and MassDevelopment. The Statement of Interest (short form) will enable applicants to receive guidance on priority projects before submitting a full application. At least 77% of all grants awarded in each One Stop round have gone to an organization that participated in the Expression of Interest.
Interested applicants can identify projects that will promote economic growth by visiting One Stop for Growth Development Continuum | Mass.gov. The first three rounds of the One Stop have resulted in 869 grants across 243 communities, totaling $396.3 million in funding.
Applicants can submit the short form Statement of Interest by visiting Community One Stop for Growth Expression of Interest | Mass.gov by the April 30, 2024, deadline.
The Full Application period opened in January 2024 so that interested parties could begin work on their submissions. Applicants will be able to submit their application beginning on May 6, 2024. The final submission deadline is 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
