Position: Full-Time Employee
Hours: 40 hours per week, with on-call duties as needed (nights and weekends)
Experience: No specific skills required – we provide all necessary training!
Requirements: Self-motivated, able to handle heavy lifting, and pass a physical examination with no restrictions.
Location: Lunenburg residents preferred, or within a 20-minute commute to our office
Skills: Basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license
As part of our team, you’ll receive comprehensive training to obtain all required Massachusetts licenses, setting you on the path to success in water system operation. Here’s what you’ll be working towards:
Licenses Required in 2 Years:
- Distribution and Treatment Operator
Licenses Required as Job Advances:
- Hydraulics License 2A or 2B
- Massachusetts CDL B Driver’s License
- Backflow Certification
Compensation: Starting rate of $24.00 per hour
